If your order has multiple items and/or includes gift cards, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.
Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Please see the chart below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times within the continental United States. Any shipment to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other non-continental U.S. orders will be sent ground and are expected to arrive within 3-14 business days
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items because of size, weight, or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. If your item has an additional shipping charge, it will appear in the description area of the item on the product page.
We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot cancel an online order once it is placed.
We do not offer exchanges via return shipment. Follow the instructions for Returns via Return Shipment. You can place a new order for the desired items on yryb.xyz. Please note: You will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.
